Ukraine Dam Breach Shows 'Brutality of Russia's War' : NATO Chief

BRUSSELS : NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Tuesday denouced the "outrageous" breach of a major Ukraine dam and said it highlighted the devastation wrought by Moscow's invasion.
"The destruction of the Kakhovka dam today puts thousands of civilians at risk and causes severe environmental damage. This is an outrageous act, which demonstrates once again the brutality of Russia's war in Ukraine," Stoltenberg wrote on Twitter.
